One of our most beloved pastries returns just in time for the holiday weekend! The Freedom Danish is made with flaky croissant dough, filled with silky vanilla pastry cream, and topped with a festive mix of fresh red and blue berries. Bright, buttery, and full of summer spirit, it’s perfect for your July 4th morning or to bring along to a weekend gathering.

We’ll also be open on Friday, July 4 from 7 AM to 3 PM—so if you’re heading to the Skokie Parade, swing by first! We'll have iced drinks, breakfast croissants, and sandwiches ready to grab and go, so you can fuel up while claiming your spot.

Preorders for the Freedom Danish are strongly recommended; a limited number will be available for walk-in customers from Friday through Sunday, and once they’re gone, they’re gone until next year.
