FLX Move Pilates invites the community to Voice of Hope, a meaningful, donation-based event dedicated to movement, connection, and mental health awareness.

This special day was created in support of Elliana, a valued member of the FLX Move community, who recently experienced the loss of her mother after a difficult battle with mental illness. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner who has dedicated her life to supporting others, Elliana is now navigating this profound loss herself.

In response, FLX Move is hosting a full day of Pilates classes at their Skokie location, with all proceeds going toward supporting Elliana as she begins building a foundation in her mother’s name — one focused on mental health support and awareness.

Rooted in strength, movement, and community, Voice of Hope is an opportunity to come together, show support, and make a meaningful impact.

Minimum donation: $25 per class.
