This year’s offerings highlight bold, seasonal ingredients and Latin-inspired flavors, including a refreshing Salmon Ceviche with coconut-ponzu leche de tigre, a Habanero-Orange Glazed Salmon served with grilled asparagus and radish slaw, and Crispy Pork Belly paired with chimichurri and chickpea purée.
